167.02 DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT.

(a) There is hereby established the position of Director of Development, which shall be appointed by the Mayor. The Director shall serve at the pleasure of and may be removed without cause by the Mayor. The Director shall perform such duties and work in such capacities as directed by the Mayor.

(b) The position of Director of Development shall be a full-time, unclassified, exempt position.
