917.01 COSTS TO BE BORNE BY CITY.

Repair, maintenance, improvement, replacement and resurfacing of any improved street, roadway or highway in the City exclusive of driveways, driveway approaches and sidewalks shall be performed by and/or cost borne by the City from appropriated funds of the City and at no additional cost to the benefiting property owners.
