903.28 PARKING LOT CONSTRUCTION; PERMIT REQUIRED.

(a) No person shall construct or reconstruct any parking lot without first applying to the Director of Public Service and obtaining a permit to do so.

(b) All requests for a permit shall be accompanied by a plot plan which shall show approaches. grading. drainage lighting, traffic patterns and landscaping.

(c) The Director shall not issue a permit until the plan has been reviewed and approved by the Development Review Committee and the City Engineer.
