903.15 PERMIT FEES FOR DRIVEWAY CONSTRUCTION.

   The Director of Public Service is ordered to charge a fee for driveway approaches or curb cuts, and driveway permits. The fee for a driveway approach is to be based on the width, excluding flares, at the rate of ten dollars ($10.00) for the first ten feet and two dollars ($2.00) for each additional foot thereafter.

   The fees for all residential driveways shall be ten dollars ($10.00) for the first thirty-five feet of length and five dollars ($5.00) for each additional fifty feet or portion thereof.
