705.06 BOND REQUIREMENT.

(a) The application for a license as required in this chapter must be accompanied by a two hundred dollar ($200.00) cash bond. Condition of the bond shall be such that the circus, menagerie, carnival or free show shall keep the premises in a clean, healthful and sanitary manner to the satisfaction of the Board of Health, the Building Inspector, the Fire Inspector or similar City, County or State authority. (b) The return of such money is contingent upon the carnival or circus cleaning up its debris and trash, and leaving its premises upon departure, in as good a condition as they were at the time of occupancy, normal wear and tear and acts of God excepted.
