549.18 PAPER BALLOONS.

(a) No person shall sell or offer for sale or give away a paper balloon to which a burning light or flame may be attached, or release into the air any such balloon with burning light or flame.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
