549.15 SALE OF AIR OR SPRING GUNS TO MINORS.

(a) No person shall sell, barter, furnish or give to a minor under the age of eighteen years an air gun, carbon dioxide gun or spring gun, or being the owner or having charge or control thereof, knowingly permit the same to be used by a minor under such age.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree. (Ord. 129-73. Passed 12-27-73.)
