549.14 THROWING OR PROJECTING MISSILES.

(a) No person shall intentionally and with or without malice throw or shoot from a sling shot, air gun or other device a pellet or missile in the City or strike or wound a person or injure or damage property by such act.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
