545.01 RESISTING OR ABUSING A POLICE OFFICER OR MAGISTRATE.

(a) No person shall abuse a judge in the execution of his office, or knowingly and willfully resist, hinder, obstruct or abuse a police officer, sheriff or other officer in execution of his office or abuse the Mayor as magistrate in the execution of his office.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree. (Ord. 129-73. Passed 12-27-73.)
