15-2-11: EFFECTIVE DATE:
This chapter shall take effect and be in force from and after thirty (30) days after the final passage and approval hereof, provided franchisee shall file with the city clerk a written acceptance of this chapter within said thirty (30) day period, but if such acceptance is not so filed, this chapter shall be void.
