To the fullest extent permitted by law, franchisee shall fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the city, its employees, and officers from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action, judgments, costs, fees, losses, liabilities, damages or expense, including reasonable attorney fees, incurred or required to be paid by reason of personal injury or death or on account of damage to property of whatever kind or nature arising from or related to franchisee's performance of work in the public right of way under this franchise agreement.
