15-1-14: COMPANY REGULATIONS:

The company shall have the authority, consistent with applicable FCC rules and regulations and the provisions of this franchise, to promulgate such rules, regulations, terms and conditions governing the conduct of its business with subscribers as shall be reasonable and necessary to enable the company to exercise its rights and perform its obligations under this franchise. (Ord. A-408, 5-2-1982)
