14-5-1: APPLICATION:

The minimum floodplain development standards listed in this chapter and title 76, chapter 5, Montana Code Annotated, apply to the regulated flood hazard area referenced in section 14-3-2 of this title and best available information. (Ord. 15-16, 10-5-2015)
