13-5-6: PUBLIC NUISANCE DECLARATION:
Any intentional violation of this chapter is declared to be unlawful and a public nuisance and may be abated as set forth in section 4-1-3 of this Code, irrespective of any other remedy provided in this chapter. (Ord. 17-22, 8-7-2017)
