The purpose of this chapter is to protect all native and desired aquatic species, aquatic habitat, water quality, commerce, and recreation in the waters of Whitefish Lake by preventing the introduction and spread of aquatic invasive species.
Nothing herein shall be deemed or construed as creating an affirmative duty on the City to enforce the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 17-22, 8-7-2017)
