These regulations may be amended. Prior to adopting any proposed amendment, the Whitefish city council shall hold a public hearing thereon. Notice of the time and place of the public hearing shall be published at least once in a newspaper of general circulation not less than fifteen (15) days nor more than thirty (30) days prior to the date of hearing. Records of amendments to these regulations shall be maintained by the governing body in a form convenient for use. (Ord. 15-09, 6-1-2015)
