A. A person who performs work in the lake or lakeshore protection zone without a permit for that work must restore the lake or lakeshore protection zone to its condition before they disturbed it.
B. Archive photos or baseline videos may be used in enforcing these regulations and prosecuting violations.
C. Areas where vegetation has been destroyed in the lakeshore protection zone must be restored in accordance with subsection 13-3-1D of this title.
