13-2-3: PROHIBITED CONSTRUCTION OR INSTALLATIONS:

The following types of work, new construction, and installations are prohibited in the lakeshore protection zone:

   A.   Boathouses;

   B.   Boat shelters;

   C.   Pump houses;

   D.   Crib dock;

   E.   Pilings;

   F.   Covering beach with impervious nonnative material (material which does not allow water absorption);

   G.   Any installation of asphalt;

   H.   Satellite dishes;

   I.   Permanent or temporary buildings;

   J.   Hot tubs;

   K.   Fuel storage tanks;

   L.   Decks;

   M.   Roads, driveways, or parking areas; and
