1-9-11: PROCEDURE ON APPEAL:
The district court may affirm, reverse or amend any appealed order or judgment or may direct the proper order or judgment to be entered or direct that a new trial or further proceeding be conducted in the municipal court. (Ord. 09-06, 5-4-2009)
