12-3-2: APPLICATION AND REVIEW PROCESS:
The subdivision application and review process is comprised of the following two (2) phases in accordance with title 76, chapter 3, Montana Code Annotated:
   A.   Preliminary plat.
   B.   Final plat. (Ord. 09-23, 11-16-2009)
