12-3-1: PREAPPLICATION CONFERENCE:
Prior to submittal of a subdivision application, the subdivider or designated representative must request a preapplication meeting with a member of the planning staff and the site review committee. The meeting must occur within thirty (30) days after a written request for the meeting. The preapplication meeting request will include the information outlined in appendix A, "Preapplication Conference", attached to the ordinance codified herein.
Subsequent to the preapplication conference, an application for the subdivision must be submitted within six (6) months of the meeting date otherwise a second preapplication meeting must be requested and held. (Ord. 09-23, 11-16-2009; amd. Ord. 21-15, 9-20-2021)
