A. These regulations govern the subdivision of land within the jurisdictional area of the city of Whitefish, Montana. The city may coordinate or enter into land use interlocal agreements with other jurisdictional agencies to guide decision making. (Ord. 14-22, 1-5-2015)
B. These regulations supplement all other regulations, and where they are inconsistent with other laws, regulations, ordinances, or resolutions, the more restrictive requirements apply. Other regulations include, but are not limited to, zoning regulations, floodplain regulations, lakeshore regulations, building codes, development codes, and fire codes. (Ord. 09-23, 11-16-2009)
