Pursuant to and consistent with the requirements of Montana Code Annotated section 7-6-1601(5)(a), all building permits subject to the impact fees pursuant to section 10-2-2 of this chapter, or as subsequently adjusted by City Council resolution, shall pay an administrative fee in addition to the impact fee rates in section 10-2-12 of this chapter, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of the impact fees.
