A. The impact fee rates are generated from the formulas for calculating impact fees set forth in the "Impact Fees for the Water, Wastewater, and Stormwater Utility Systems" dated July 2007, and the "Rate Study for Impact Fees for Paved Trails, Park Maintenance Building, Emergency Services Building and City Hall" dated July 7, 2007, and subsequently amended by the "Impact Fee Update" dated August 2018. Impact fee rates shall be set by City Council resolution. Except as otherwise provided for, exemptions in section 10-2-3 of this chapter and credits in section 10-2-4 of this chapter, all new development in the City will be charged the impact fee applicable to the type of development.
