A. Pursuant to and consistent with Montana Code Annotated section 7-6-1602(2)(k), the City's capital improvement program is the component of the City's budget that:
1. Schedules construction of public facility capital improvements to serve projected growth;
2. Projects costs of the capital improvements;
3. Allocates collected impact fees for construction of the capital improvements; and
4. Covers at least a five (5) year period and is reviewed and updated at least every five (5) years.
B. The annual update of the capital improvement program does not require an update of impact fee calculations unless a project is removed that was used as the basis for calculating impact fees. (Ord. 18-38, 12-3-2018)
