There is hereby adopted by the City Council for the purpose of establishing uniform standards for the design, construction and alteration of buildings so that physically handicapped persons will have ready access to and use of them, the building accessibility rules as set forth in ARM 24.301.901 through 24.301.905, together with all subsequent amendments and additions thereto, as well as the building accessibility rules set forth in Federal law.
