8-4-2: DETERMINATION OF ANNUAL SYSTEM COSTS:

The public works director shall determine the total annual cost of the operation and maintenance of the wastewater system. The total annual cost of operation and maintenance shall include, but need not be limited to, labor, repairs, equipment replacement, maintenance, necessary modification, power, sampling, laboratory tests and a reasonable contingency fund.
