7-3-1: CONTROLLING AUTHORITY:
All parks and public places now in existence or hereafter established within the City are declared to be under the direction and control of the Board of Park Commissioners 1 of the City in accordance with the ordinances of the City and the laws of the State. (Ord. 117, 5-1-1916)
