5-3-8: REPORTS REQUIRED:

The Police Department shall present to the City Manager an annual report of the previous year's activities, including animals impounded, animals destroyed, animals picked up by owners, animals returned to owners, citations issued, animals adopted, plus any other information pertinent to animal control.
