It is unlawful for any person to discharge any firearms, or use an air gun, catapult, slingshot or bow and arrow within the limits of the city, except that this section shall not be held to apply to:
A. Peace officers in the discharge of their duties;
B. Persons lawfully protecting their person or property or the person or property of others;
C. Persons discharging firearms in the course of hunting, in compliance with state hunting regulations, on the surface waters of Whitefish Lake. (Ord. 05-26, 11-21-2005)
