A. City Approved Containers Required: Solid waste shall only be placed outside of a home, garage or other animal proof enclosure if contained in a city approved solid waste container. Each city approved solid waste container must clearly and visibly marked with the address to which it belongs.
B. Damaged Or Stolen Containers: Residents of the city and businesses in the city are responsible for paying the cost to repair or replace any city approved solid waste containers that are lost, or stolen, or damaged except for normal wear and tear or loss or damage resulting from the city's or the city's contracted waste hauler's handling of the containers.
