Five (5) members of the committee shall constitute a quorum. Not less than a quorum of the committee may transact any business before the committee. The concurring vote of a simple majority of members present shall be necessary to decide any question or matter before the committee. The committee shall adopt rules of procedure for the conduct of meetings consistent with statutes, the city charter, ordinances and resolutions. Meetings of the committee shall be held at least once every three (3) months or at the call of the chair or the parks and recreation director, and at such other times as the committee may determine.
