503.05 RIGHTS UNDER PERMITS; ADVERTISING MORE THAN ONE BUSINESS.
   The Licensing Officer shall issue to such applicant a permit authorizing him to distribute the advertising designated in the application. The permit shall be null and void as soon as distribution has been completed. In no event shall this permit be construed to cover more than one distribution, nor shall more than one issue of one handbill or printed advertisement be distributed under this permit, unless the same is the advertisement of the person designated in the application. In the event the advertisement of more than one business establishment is inserted and represented in the printed matter, handbill or printed advertisement, each person whose advertisement appears in the printed matter, handbill or printed advertisement shall be requried to secure a permit upon payment of the fee therefor.
