503.03 SIGNS AND SAMPLES; PERMIT, FEE.

(a) No person shall tack signs or distribute samples of merchandise in the City without first having obtained a permit to do so from the Licensing Officer.

(b) The permit shall be issued by the Licensing Officer upon payment of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) by any person applying therefor. The permit shall be valid for the term of one year and shall be renewed at the beginning of each fiscal year. In the event that it is desired for a shorter time, the charge shall be two dollars ($2.00) per day.
