503.01 CERTAIN ADVERTISING PROHIBITED.
   No person shall advertise any of the following, and no permit issued under this article shall be construed to permit such advertising:
   (a)   Any person holding himself out as a fortuneteller, clairvoyant, mind reader or palmist.
   (b)   Any preparation capable of being used internally, whether recommended for internal use or not, containing cocaine or opium, or any of its alkaloids, or other derivatives, in greater proportion than those specified in United States Code Annotated, Title 26, Sec. 2551, or any preparation likely to create the drug habit, or satisfy such a habit previously existing.
   (c)   Any device, contrivance or preparation intended for use as an abortifacient not for use for any immoral or illegal purpose, or any such device, contrivance or prepartion recommended either directly or indirectly as an abortifacient, or for any immoral or illegal purpose.
   (d)   Any preparation advertised or recommended as a cure for diseases or conditions which are generally recognized as incurable by the simple administration of drugs, or for the cure of acute diseases, the treatment of which properly requires the supervision of a qualified medical attendant.
   (e)   Any preparation, treatment, drug or device advertised or recommended for the cure of veneral diseases or diseases of the sexual organs of either men or women; and it shall further be unlawful to tack any signs or distribute any advertising matter containing descriptions of the sexual organs, or of the causes, symptoms or effects of venereal diseases or diseases of the sexual organs.
   (f)   Anything unlawful under the laws of the United States of America or the State of West Virginia, or under the ordinances of the City.
