363.14 IMPROPER PARKING ADJACENT TO PARKING METERS.

No person shall permit a vehicle to remain or be placed in any parking space adjacent to any parking meter in such a manner as to prevent other persons from using the parking space adjacent to the meter, in front of, or to the rear of, the parking meter space occupied by such vehicle.
