363.03 LOADING ZONES, BUS STOPS IN METER ZONES.

The City Manager, or his designee, is authorized to create and set apart within the parking meter zones and any other parking zones restrictions upon parking and spacing for parking utilized within such loading zones, bus stops and other places in which no parking shall be permitted and the time and manner in which such shall be restricted.
