361.15 PARKING OF COMMERCIAL AND RECREATIONAL VEHICLES.
No person shall park any truck, van, motor home, camper, tractor-trailer or other tandem vehicle on any street of the City except for the purpose of loading or unloading, and then only for the period of time which is spent in the actual loading or unloading of such vehicle. Provided, however, that the Traffic Commission may, by the adoption of an appropriate rule or regulation, designate locations and hours for the on-street parking of such vehicles.
"Truck" and "van", as used in this section, shall not include those vehicles designated as three-fourths ton or less.
No person shall park the trailer of any tractor-trailer or the property-carrying unit of any tandem vehicle upon any street at any time unless the same is fully connected to the tractor or other regular propelling unit so that the same can be immediately moved when required.
