No vehicle shall be parked longer than two hours between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. at such places as may be designated hereafter by the Traffic Commission.
Signs or markings shall be erected, established and maintained in each block designating the provisions of this section.
The provisions of this section shall not apply on Sundays, New Year's Day, Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day and the Fourth of July.
