361.11 LOADING ZONES.
   The Traffic Commission shall establish within each block in the congested district, on each side of the street, space which shall be kept free from parking between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. or as otherwise specified by the Traffic Commission, which space shall be used by operators of commercial vehicles and trucks for the purpose of actual loading or unloading. Passenger cars and private vehicles shall be prohibited from parking in such space between the hours herein mentioned; provided, however, all vehicles shall be permitted to park in a loading zone area adjacent to a striped parking meter between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. upon depositing in such meter the appropriate fee for such parking privilege. At these designated places official loading zone signs shall be located. A red line placed on the street or curb is hereby designated as an official loading zone sign.
   The Traffic Commission may establish loading zones in districts other than the congested area.
