361.09 TAXI STANDS AND BUS STOPS DESIGNATED.
   (a)   The Traffic Commission is authorized to establish taxicab stands and bus stops on public streets in such places and in such manner as it shall determine to be of the greater benefit and convenience to the public, and every such taxicab stand and bus stop may be designated by official signs, which shall meet with the approval of the City Manager.

   (b)   No operator of any vehicle other than a taxicab shall park in an officially designated taxicab stand, and no operator of any vehicle other than a bus shall park in an officially designated bus stop, except that the operator of any passenger vehicle may temporarily stop in any such stop or stand for the purpose of and while actually engaged in the loading or unloading of passengers.

   (c)   No operator of any bus, taxicab, hack or dray shall stand or park upon any street in the congested district at any place other than a bus stop, taxicab, hackney or drayage stand respectively, except when the designated stand is filled, then this provision shall not prevent the operator of any such vehicle from temporarily stopping or parking in accordance with other parking regulations.
