181.05 SUBMISSION OF REQUESTED ALLOTMENT OF APPROPRIATIONS BY DEPARTMENT HEADS.

Immediately upon the passage of the annual appropriation and tax levy ordinance, the head of each department shall submit to the City Manager a requested allotment of the appropriation for his department by months for the entire fiscal year, so as to show the estimated monthly rate of expenditure.
