181.04 PUBLIC HEARING; AMENDMENT.

Final action shall not be taken on the appropriation and tax levy ordinance until at least one public hearing has been held thereon after ten days' public notice published in a newspaper of general circulation in the City.

After the public hearing, Council may further amend the appropriation and tax levy ordinance before final adoption.
