175.03 PROCEDURES OF COMMISSION.

The Commission shall adopt bylaws for purposes of conducting business. The City staff may assist the Commission, upon directive of the City Manager, in carrying out the Commission's duties. The City Legal Department may assist the Commission as needed as other commissions of the City.
