173.99 PENALTY.

In addition to any and all legal and equitable remedies available, violations of any such ordinance adopted in conformity with this Article shall be punishable by a fine up to ten percent (10%) of the total cost of the project requiring a certificate of appropriateness or five hundred dollars ($500.00) whichever is greater.
