159.22 CHARACTER OF EXAMINATION.
   All tests shall be practical in character, shall relate directly to those matters which will fairly test the relative capacity of the person examined to discharge the particular duties of the position to which appointment is sought, and shall when appropriate, include one or more of the following parts:
   (a)   Written examination.
   (b)   Oral interview.
   (c)   Performance tests.
   (d)   Physical examination.
   (e)   Psychological examination.
   (f)   Training, education and experience.
   (g)   Previous performance record.
   In examinations, the Commission may give such relative importance as it may see fit, to the different subjects on matters of examination. The schedule of subjects and weights fixed by the Commission shall be recorded in the Minute Book.
