159.05 HUMAN RESOURCES; DIRECTOR AND SECRETARY.

The Human Resources Director, appointed by the City Manager, shall serve as the secretary and perform or supervise the administrative work of the Commission and shall perform such other functions and duties as may be required by the Civil Service Commission.
