157.03 COMPENSATION; CHAIRMAN; RECORDS; QUORUM.

Members of the Parks and Recreation Commission shall serve without compensation. The Commission shall elect a chair person annually from among its members. It shall keep proper records of all its proceedings, actions and recommendations. The Commission shall meet as necessary and agreed up by the membership. A majority of the appointed members of the Commission shall constitute a quorum.
