180.08 PENALTY.

Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this Ordinance shall be subject to a fine not less than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense. Each violation of this Section shall constitute a separate violation subject to separate fines being applied per violation. (Ord. 15867. Passed 4-18-23.)
