A member of any board or commission of the City established by these Codified Ordinances shall attend not less than seventy-five percent (75%) of the regularly scheduled meetings of that board or commission within a fiscal year, unless excused by the chair of that board or commission. Any member violating this requirement shall be deemed to have resigned from that board or commission.
